Sarasota National

Sarasota National is a new development featuring new homes located along an Audubon International Certified Signature Sanctuary 18 hole golf course designed by Gordon Lewis. Other desirable home sites are located along many large lakes and lush greenbelts. 1,300 acres of this community will be set aside for preservation, conservation and open space. As of the time of publication, the developer has not yet completed the clubhouse that is slated to accompany the 18 hole course. Future amenities will include tennis courts, a fitness center, a heated swimming pool and a dinning room.

One thing that can be said about Sarasota national that will definitely be an understatement – this community will be a large one, it resides on 2,400 acres of beautiful tropical Florida paradise and will contain 1,584 homes. Construction has begun on the initial phases and sales have been brisk. There are 19 different models that will be offered in this community and their prices range from the low 200’s for  Town Homes & Carriage Homes to the high 300’s for the estate homes. With the resurgence of building in Southwest Florida, we are seeing some fresh new designs and great floor plans.

Sarasota National is located south of Venice on US 41 (Tamiami Trail). If the hustle and bustle of Sarasota is not appealing to you, then this community’s location may be a perfect fit for you. The community is a short drive from many of the Venice, Florida, areas best attractions. There are many activities to partake of and places in Venice to visit such as the Venetian Waterway Park, a park that parallels both sides of the Intracoastal Waterway providing almost 10 miles of waterfront for recreational use.
